Sian Chay Charity Draw 2025 Successfully Concludes, Supporting Sian Chay Medical Institution’s Philanthropic Cause

November 22, 2025 — The “Sian Chay Charity Draw 2025,” organized by Sian Chay Medical Institution with the support of the Singapore Tote Board, was grandly held at the Sian Chay Charity Centre.
