We are the youth of a new Singapore,
rooted in our home, guided by unwavering belief.
Our love for this land is more than words—
we strengthen her future
through our actions.
We embrace change and pursue lifelong learning,
using creativity and innovation
to meet the tides of a new era.
We remember the roads that brought us here,
grateful and determined,
carrying forward the enduring spirit of our Lion City.
We practise respect and inclusion,
building bridges of understanding in our diverse society.
We uphold responsibility, follow the law,
and live with integrity,
so that our garden city may flourish in harmony.
Starting with me, starting from this moment—
responsibility is not only a promise,
but a choice we put into action.
Let us walk forward together, hand in hand,
and illuminate the bright future of Singapore!

Sian Chay Medical Institution actively supports national policies and aligns its services with Singapore’s broader development goals. It strongly backs the Healthier SG and Age Well SG initiatives, providing health education and related services while encouraging individuals to adopt proactive and healthy lifestyles. Through preventive care and community engagement, the institution seeks to reduce the overall healthcare burden and contribute to the nation’s long-term health outcomes.
In 2025, in conjunction with Singapore’s 60th year of independence (SG60), Sian Chay Medical Institution organised or supported more than 2,000 charitable and community programmes. These initiatives benefited over 1 million participants through physical activities, attracted more than 2 million online engagements, and saw the distribution of over 1 million items, including daily necessities, goody bags and gifts.
